The Application Process at Saint Joseph Academy is designed to be as simple as possible to the prospective parent.  Please follow the steps below and your child's file will be complete in a timely and efficient manner.  Currently Admissions for Incoming Students is on a rolling basis until each class reaches capacity.

 

 

The first step to becoming a Bloodhound is to complete the application form. You may apply online, download the application or request an application be mailed to you. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee that may be mailed to the Admissions Office after completing the online application. (This fee also automatically signs up your student for the Placement Test on March 20, 2010.)

Step 2: Deliver Recommendation Forms:

We ask that you request two confidential recommendations from your child's Math teacher and English Teacher.  Please download the following recommendation forms and take them to your child's current school.
 

 

Once you have completely filled out the application and have the required documentation, deliver it with the $50 fee to the Admissions Office.   Once you have paid the fee you will be scheduled for the entrance exam. Instructions will also be given as to what you can expect the date of the exam. If you applied online, please be sure to confirm receipt of the student’s application and registration to the entrance exam.
