The Brother Aidan Thompson Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society was founded in 1985. From its inception, the Society dedicated its efforts to serving the Middle School community as well as participating in local service projects. The Society continues to encourage scholarship, character, service, and citizenship, not only in its members but also in the middle school community.

The National Junior Honor Society has worked diligently in the past years to uphold the service traditions set down by the founding group in 1985. This year, the National Junior Honor Society in conjunction with Marist Youth will sponsor a Middle School Dances to assist in a food drive benefitting students during the Christmas holidays for “World Food Day” awareness and a Christmas can food drive for our local Brownsville community. Also, in serving our school community we will conduct a 7th and 8th-grade lock-in. We continue to explore ways we can serve the Middle School and community.
