"We Are Hounds" is how we promote positive behaviors, build a stronger school culture, and instill values in students for school and life. Having a common language helps us define who we want our students to be and gives us a reference point when correcting behaviors so that student fully understand and do so in a positive way. The HOUNDS tickets enable faculty and staff to acknowledge students living out those values and promote them across campus. This is a great way to build a positive sense of belonging, as adults encourage and celebrate students for being true Hounds.
